How to disable Caps Lock in Windows

The problem of accidental turning-on the Caps-Lock mode by touching the named key can be solved using built-in features of Windows.

Windows 10
  1. Start (right click)
  2. Control Panel
  3. Clock, Language and Region
  4. Language
  5. Advanced settings
  6. Switching input methods
  7. Change language bar hot keys
  8. Advanced Key Settings
  9. To turn off Caps Lock
  10. Press the SHIFT key.

As a result, unlike default switching of Caps Lock mode (on/off), it gets possible to turn it off conveniently and reliably by just pressing Shift key regardless of current Caps-Lock state.
