How to disable Caps Lock in Windows

The problem of accidental turning-on the Caps-Lock mode by touching the named key can be solved using built-in features of Windows.

As a result, unlike default switching of Caps Lock mode (on/off), it gets possible to turn it off conveniently and reliably by just pressing Shift key regardless of current Caps-Lock state.
